Once the site has been established, our specialist team cleans the roof in line with HSE standards. All waste is carefully managed and filtered using our unique filtration system ensuring that the water runoff can either be used again in the cleaning process, or disposed of into the watercourse. At this stage we will also carry out any repairs, replace roof lights and all bolt treatment will also be completed to allow the roof to be treated with the fireproof coating system.
Once preparation is completed, encapsulation can begin. The roof is treated using a spray applied fireproof coating system. Our team provide a comprehensive quality control report, to ensure that the specification standard is achieved and maintained across the entire roof area
